Custody & user funds
User wallet balances are held in a segregated trust account with KCB Bank Kenya, ring-fenced from Smartwin's operating capital. Deposits and withdrawals move through Safaricom M-Pesa Paybill and B2C channels only — we do not accept card or cash deposits.
